Greetings blog readers and welcome to my 'other' blog. Being an avid birder and hence lister I shall be taking part in the 2014 Patchwork Challenge to see and/or hear as many species of bird as possible on my chosen patch
- The Flashes or to be more correct Neumann's and Ashton's Flashes, Cheshire, England (but that's a mouth full).
Writing this in the dying hours of 2013 I've set myself a year long challenge that should be fun, agony and everywhere in between.
No one to my knowledge has ever done just The Flashes as a Year list so bring it on I say...
